How it all started...
At Grace Chapel of Bedminster, we are a Body of believers dedicated to three primary things: following Jesus, serving one another and working to bring others into the family!
We have existed as part of the Christian & Missionary Alliance since 1988, yet we still value the uniqueness of our calling and work as a local church.
Grace started as a church plant from Long Hill Chapel. While the seeds of ministry were taking root, Grace met at various locations in the Bernardsville/Bedminster area; primarily in various public schools, before settling into the current properties on Main Street/US Hwy 202 in Bedminster.

We are a full mix of kids, youth, young adults and seasoned people. Grace Chapel is a cross-generational and cross-cultural church.
We deliberately seek to reach the next generation, support the current generation and stand with the changing times in life of the older generation.
We encourage and promote interaction, teaching and a “passing of the torch” from one generation to the next. There is deep value and growth to be had when the younger and older can share a passion together, serving in a way that’s unique to each other, while bringing fulfillment to the Kingdom of God and their own lives.

At Grace, we realize that Sunday morning church is merely the beginning…not the end-all.
Our gathering times serve a deeper purpose. We meet to be encouraged, strengthened and equipped for what lies ahead outside the four walls of the church.
We want you ready and able to serve Jesus relationally and effectively in the real world.

FOCUSED ON THE MISSION
We value our local, national and world community and strive to make a positive difference in it.
Our goal is to reach people where they are and help them realize that Jesus loves them where they are now. We are simply there to be their friend in Christ and help them along their journey to end up where they need to be; a complete person physically, emotionally and spiritually.
There is a place for EVERYONE at Grace to follow Jesus, know Him in a deep way and serve Him via community outreach, service ministries and missions focus—here, there and everywhere!
