New seasons are exciting, and a little daunting.

YOUNG ADULTS AT GRACE

Young adult ministry at Grace Chapel in Bedminster, New Jersey: college students and young professionals.

There is a group for 18 to 25 year olds, and one for young professionals 26 and up. A gathering usually means food, teaching from the Bible, and time to talk it over, with hikes, river days, and trips through the year.

Young Adults

Whether you are away at school, taking classes locally, working full time, or still working out what comes next, join a family of disciples making disciples. Meet people your age who are actually trying to follow Jesus and are honest about how that is going.

Join us every weekend to receive teaching from the Bible and genuine connection with others that are in your corner, encouraging and guiding you through life's challenges and celebrations.

For ages 26 and up

Refined Young Professionals

Refined is for young professionals ages 26 and up, the stretch when a career is taking shape and a life is being built here. Whether you are newly arrived, newly married, or a few years into both, this is the group for it.

The aim is a discipleship community for this season: spiritual growth that goes somewhere, friendships that get past small talk, and a way of treating your work and your neighborhood as places the Kingdom actually reaches.

Before you come

Questions people ask

Which group am I in?
Devoted is for ages 18 to 25, and Refined is for ages 26 and up. Nobody checks a birthday at the door. If you are close to the line, come to whichever room has the people you want to know.
Do I have to be a student?
No. Devoted is for anyone 18 to 25, whether you are away at school, taking classes locally, working full time, or figuring out what is next.
What happens at a gathering?
Food, teaching from the Bible, and time in a smaller group to talk it over. Most nights end with people still in the parking lot, which is usually where the real conversation happens.
What if I come alone and do not know anyone?
Most people do the first time. Someone will meet you at the door and sit with you, and you will not be asked to say anything in front of the room.
Do I have to already believe all of this?
No. Bring the questions. Plenty of people here spent a long time undecided, and the group is used to talking honestly rather than tidily.
Is there anything besides the gatherings?
Yes. Through the year both groups hike, float the Delaware, play flag football, share meals, and hold nights of worship. On Sunday mornings you will find young adults at both services.
