Who is this for
Older men and younger men, the same room
Grace Men is for men at any age and any stage. The point of the mix is the mix: men further along have already been through what the younger ones are in, and saying so out loud is most of the work.
Scripture asks older men to set an example and younger men to learn from it. Grace Men is built around exactly that: men of different ages in the same conversation.
"Teach the older men to be temperate, worthy of respect, self-controlled, and sound in faith, in love and in endurance."

What comes of showing up
Men come for different reasons. What they find is usually some version of these four things.
Men you would actually call
Not acquaintances from the lobby. Men who have been in the same room often enough that picking up the phone is not a strange thing to do.
A conversation that gets past the surface
Most men have plenty of company and very few conversations. This is a room set up for the second kind.
Scripture, worked through slowly
Not a talk you listen to. A passage taken at a pace that lets men argue with it and come back the next time.
Somewhere to be useful
